Customer Details at Billing
When on, the billing screen asks for the customer's name and phone number
before completing a sale. Repeat visits are matched by phone number, and
show up in Customer Visits below.
Discounts at Billing
When on, whoever is billing can reduce the price on a line item.
When off, every sale is billed at full price — no discount field appears.
UPI Payments
Your shop's own UPI ID (the same one your regular UPI app shows you,
for example shopname@okhdfcbank or a phone number like 98765xxxxx@ybl).
When set, choosing UPI at billing shows a scannable payment QR for this
exact bill amount, made out to this ID. Leave blank to hide the QR step.
Receipt look
Make your bill your own. The logo, colour and wording appear on the bill page your customers open from WhatsApp
(they can save it as PDF) and on printed receipts.
No logo
PNG or JPG. A square or wide logo works best.
Purchases & Vendors (optional)
Turn this on if you buy stock from suppliers. You get a simple screen to enter a vendor's bill (scan the items),
which adds the stock straight to your inventory, a return option for damaged or short goods, and a list of
how much you owe each vendor. Leave it off and nothing changes in your app.
Service Charge (restaurants)
A percentage added to each bill after discount (for example 5). Staff can switch it off on any single bill.
Leave 0 to turn it off. Tips can always be added at billing. Service charge and tips are not taxed by this app —
please confirm the GST treatment with your accountant.
QR Table Ordering
Lets customers scan a QR code at their table to see your menu and place an
order from their own phone, with no login — it shows up on "Live Table
Orders" for staff, and "Bill by Table" on the billing screen pulls
everything a table ordered straight into the bill.

that table. Each table needs its own — generate one at a time below.
